9.3.4
MADI Detect
The
MADI detect
table shows the status of each MADI port fitted to the Compact Engine:
·
If
present
= 1, there is a valid input signal.
·
If
used
= 1, then the port is enabled in the configuration.
·
If
Tx64
= 1, then the port is configured to transmit 64 slots.
·
If
Copy
= 1, then the port is configured for output redundancy.
·
If
XOver
= 1, then the port is switched to the redundant port.

Slot Information
The
Slot Information
shows the status of the plug-in cards fitted to the Compact Engine. If a card is red, then
there is a problem - for example, it may be configured but not fitted.
·
Slot
– the slot number within the frame
·
Card ID (conf)
– the card ID assigned within the configuration.
·
Card ID (act)
– the card ID actually fitted and running within the slot.
·
Card type (act)
– short description of the card type.
·
GPIO
– the status of the contacts on a GPIO card.
·
Status
– the values of the status bits for each card.
Please refer to the relevant data sheet for more details.
9.3.6
Panel Information
The
Panel Information
shows the status of the control surface modules/panels. If a module is red, then there is
a problem - for example, it may be configured but not fitted.
·
Slot
– the CAN bus address for the module or panel.
·
Panel type (conf)
– the module or panel type assigned within the configuration.
·
Panel type (act)
– the module or panel type which is actually connected and switched on. This should
be identical to that assigned within the configuration for correct operation.
·
Date
– the date and time at which the software running on the module or panel was created.
·
Version
– the version of software running on the module or panel.
