Source-Specific Functions
The four soft keys on each fader strip are labeled by the electronic display. Their default functions vary
depending on the type of source and the console edition. The default functions for all source types are as
follows.
Fader Start Consoles

TB
- press this key to talk to the recipient (e.g. to the guest, hybrid or codec).

CONF
- enable this key to create a mix minus for the source. You must enable
CONF
on more than one
source to activate the conference. The conference system is described in more detail
·
TEL
- this key lights when a telephone call is incoming. Press the key to capture the call on the console.
·
AMix
- enable this key to add the source to the auto mix group. You must enable more than one
AMix
key to start auto mixing. The auto mix function adjusts the levels of all sources in the auto mix group.
·
On the TONE source, the 4 small keys select the frequency of the tone: 63Hz, 400Hz, 1kHz or 12.5kHz.
