Monitoring & Talkback
crystal standard configuration supports four stereo monitoring outputs:
·
MON CR - for the control room speakers.
·
MON STUDIO - for the studio speakers.
·
MON DJ - for the DJ headphones.
·
MON GUEST - for the guest headphones.
In each case, the monitor sources are identical, and so the only real differences between the sections are the
dedicated
MUTE
and
DIM
buttons (on the surface) for the speaker outputs; the split headphones option
available for the MON DJ; and the automatic dimming of the MON CR output by an active
If PFL (or CUE) buttons are active, the PFL bus is switched automatically to the MON CR and MON DJ outputs.
