10. Audio Mix Engine
3-band Parametric Equaliser
The following parameters are available for the 3-band parametric equaliser:

EQ
- on/off for
all
equaliser sections: 3-band equaliser and 2-band filters
·
Gain
:
Low
,
Mid
and
High
- turn the rotary controls to adjust the gain for each band. Gain can be
adjusted from -15dB to +15dB.
·
Frequency
:
Low
,
Mid
and
High
- press down and turn the rotary controls to adjust the frequency for
each band. Frequency can be adjusted from 20Hz to 18kHz.
·
Q
- press the
+
or
–
buttons to increase or decrease the
Q
for each band. Q can be adjusted from 0.7
to 5.0.
2-band Filters
The filters can operate either as fixed slope filters (12dB per octave) or as shelving EQ. The following
parameters can be adjusted:

HPF
for a high pass filter or
LoSh
for a low frequency shelving EQ.

- depends on the filter type as follows.
High (or Low) Pass Filters
When the filter bands are set for high or low pass, they operate as fixed slope filters (12dB per octave).
Press down and turn the rotary controls to adjust the frequency for each band. Frequency can be adjusted
from 20Hz to 18kHz.
High (or Low) Shelving EQ
When the filter bands are set for shelving EQ, turn the rotary controls to adjust the gain for each band. Gain
can be adjusted from -15dB to +15dB.
Press down and turn the rotary controls to adjust the frequency for each band. Frequency can be adjusted
from 20Hz to 18kHz.
