Black Error
Select whether to detect black errors. If you set this to OFF, you cannot configure the
following settings.

Level
Set the black error level. Any signals that are less than or equal to the specified value will
be detected as errors.
0 to 100 %

Area
Specify the percentage of the active picture area over which errors must occur to be
recognized as an error.
1 to 100 %
●
Duration
Set the number of consecutive video frames over which errors must occur to be recognized
as an error.
1 to 300 frames
●
Level Error
Select whether to detect level errors. If you set this to OFF, you cannot configure the
following settings.

Luminance Upper
Set the luminance level error upper limit. An error occurs when the input signal level
exceeds the specified value.
In the 5-bar Y display, levels that are greater than or equal to the specified value are
displayed in red.

Set the luminance level error lower limit. An error occurs when the input signal level goes
below the specified value.
In the 5-bar Y display, levels that are less than or equal to the specified value are displayed
