Solutions
When the UPS is switched on, the buzzer
activates and the status indicator flashes red
with short-long alternation for 15 seconds, after
which it switches off.
- Wrong neutral conductor connection. Turn
the power supply plug 180° or disable
the neutral sensor using the optional
management software.
The UPS is working but it produces a short
audible signal every 20 seconds and the
status indicator is on yellow.
- Make sure that the mains socket is
powered.
- Make sure that the power supply cable is
connected correctly to the mains socket
and the UPS connector.
The UPS is working but it produces a short
and fast intermittent audible signal and the
status indicator flashes quickly red.
- There is an UPS output overload. Reduce
the number of items connected, so that the
load does not exceed the maximum power
that can be supplied by the UPS.
The UPS produces a constant audible signal
and the status indicator comes on yellow,
after which the UPS turns off.
- The UPS batteries are fully exhausted
and the UPS can only restart if power is
connected to the input. Check the thermal
magnetic or earth leakage circuit breakers
upstream the UPS.
The UPS is working but the status indicator
flashes quickly green.
- The input power is outside the voltage and/
or frequency limits of the UPS, but may still
be used by the same. The bypass function is
not available.
The UPS is not working correctly and emits a
short and fast intermittent audible signal, and
the status indicator flashes quickly red.
- Switch the UPS off, wait a few minutes
and then switch it back on. Check that
the fan is working correctly and that the
corresponding air flow is not obstructed.
