8 PACKAGE, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
This session mainly introduces the package, transportation and storage of the UPS.
8.1 Package
During packing, please pay attention to the place direction requirements. At the side of the package, there are
handling instructions like keep in dry place, handle with care, upward, stack layer limit, etc. Also, the device
model is printed on the package. The logo of the company and the device name is printed in the front and back
of the package.
8.2 Transportation
During transportation, pay attention to the handling instructions and avoid severe impact on the device. Place
the device according to the marked direction, to avoid damage to the components. Any inflammable, explosive,
corrosive object is not allowed to be shipped along with the device. During transportation, do not expose the
device to open air. The device cannot be exposed to rain, snow or liquid material or mechanical damage.
8.3 Storage
When storing the device, place the device according to the marked direction. The package box should be far
away from ground for 200 mm., and keep at least 500 mm. from wall, heat source, cold source, window or air
inlet. Storage temperature: -20-50

C. If the device is transported or stored out of the storage temperature,
before installation and startup, put the device aside and let the device temperature recover to normal range for
more than 4 hours. Do not store with any inflammable, explosive, corrosive object or harmful gas in the
warehouse. Also near areas prone to shakes, impacts or magnetic field. The storage period of these
requirements, generally, is 6 months. If the device is stored for more than 6 months, it is necessary to check
again. If the device is stored for a long time, please charge the battery every 3 months.
