Product-specific parameterization
The product-specific parameterization is particularly important when beer is filled. In view of the
large variance of products and the considerable influence of CO2 content and product tempera-
ture, in particular, on foaming characteristics, the ideal filling parameters cannot be defined in a
generally valid manner but must be determined on an individual basis.
