Slides are Broken inside the Scanner
WARNING:
Do not attempt to recover broken slides. Call Leica Biosystems Technical Services.

Take photos of the location of the damage. Leica Biosystems Technical Services may request the photos when
providing assistance.
Internet Connection Lost
The Aperio GT 450 DX must be connected to the Scanner Administration Manager (SAM DX) through your Local Area Network
to function. If that connection is lost, you see:
You can attempt to re-establish network connection by typing the IP address of the SAM DX server. (Contact your IT staff for
this information.) If this does not establish network connection, contact your IT staff for assistance.
