Deleting letters and numbers
Deleting single characters:
Deleting single characters in edit mode.
Example:

Deleting all characters:
Press several times until entry field is
empty. A final press restores the previous
value.
Numeric values are always displayed with
decimal points. Decimal points are not
deleted but set to zero.
[CE]
deletes the entire highlighted value
when not in edit mode. A second press
restores the old value.
Set of charaters
In data entry fields the character "*" can be entered
for point ID and code searches.
