Connections
Type of Connection
The HDS6000 is equipped with:

Network connection; please see also chapter "3.10 Network".
•
USB 2.0 interface; please see also chapter "3.6 Data Management".
•
WLAN interface; please see also chapter "3.12 HDS6000 and WLAN Connection".
These interfaces allow external control of the HDS6000. As the HDS6000 has its own
IP address, the device can also be controlled over the Internet as well as have its
firmware updated.
The collected data is stored on the HDS6000’s internal hard drive. The internal hard
drive has a minimum capacity of 60 GB and can store data from up to two days of
continuous scanning.
The data on the internal hard drive can be transferred to a notebook/PC by ethernet
cable or transferred to an external hard drive by USB cable.
