Selecting the Laser
3. You can activate up to eight laser lines simultaneously. Click the corresponding buttons
).
The position of the laser lines in the spectrum can be moved as desired.
4. Adjust the power of the line by adjusting the slider for the respective laser line.
5. Select
Constant Power
mode for excitation scans using the white light laser.
This sets the laser power automatically to 100 %.
When
Constant Percentage
) is selected, work can be done using less
power (e.g. 70 %).

6. Then, click on the nearby button (
) to call up the laser configuration
window.
7. In the
Currently available Lasers
dialog, you can set the laser power (
). To do
this, enable the laser (
). Set the desired laser power using the slider
