7.1
Repair / Service
Repairs and service may only be carried out by Leister Process Technologies or by
authorized persons trained by Leister.
For maintenance intervals, see Chapter 8.1 .
7.2
System faults
The following table should help you in case the NOVOLAS Basic AT does not behave
as intended. If your problem already occurs during commissioning, please carefully
check both the Installation Instructions in Chapter 5.5 and the configuration of the
system as described in 6.2 .
If this manual does not help you solve the problem, please plug an empty, PC
formatted, USB memory stick into the USB interface on the front side of the
NOVOLAS Basic AT and leave it plugged in for at least 60s. Please copy the logfile
“logfile.log…” in form of a zip-file onto the memory stick. Send the stick to
tcs.laser@leister.com and ask for immediate support.
