If the problem persists, contact customer

Detergent pump overcurrent/short circuit.
Switch off all functions of the machine.
Restart the machine.

Red Led alight on suction
control button, 1 fast blink.
Suction motor overcurrent/short circuit.
Switch off all functions of the machine.
Restart the machine.
If the problem persists, contact customer

Green battery charge Led
blinking.
Excess battery voltage.
Check the integrity, operation and use of the
battery charger supplied with the machine.
Wait 10 minutes then try again.

Remove the charging connector from the
battery.

flash simultaneously.
No communication between power control
card and touch card.
Wiring or card problem. Contact service.
Logo LED flashing slowly and

Machine position incorrect.
Make sure the machine is horizontal.
