MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
CAUTION: To prevent accidents, make sure to turn the switch off and disconnect to the plug from the power
receptacle.
Inspecting the machine
- Keep the appliance clean.
- Empty the trunk and clean the vacuum cleaner.
- All plastic parts should be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. NEVER use solvents to clean plastic parts. They could
possibly dissolve or damage the material.
- Clean and wash the filters after each use and replace them if necessary.
- Let the filters get completely dry before using them again.
- Never use inflammable substances or corrosive agents. Otherwise, they may cause damage to the appliance,
objects and persons.
- Do not use detergents to wash the filters.
- Do not use hot water to wash the filters; only use clod or warm water.
- Check the sucking hoses for possible obstructions caused by objects.
- Store the appliance in dry and clean places.
- Wind up the power cord and hang it on the handle (Fig 7).
Maintenance of the motor
The motor unit winding is the very “heart” of the appliance. Exercise due care to ensure the winding does not
become damaged and/or wet with oil or water.
- For safe and proper working, always keep the appliance and ventilation slots clean.
- Periodically blow out all air passages with dry compressed air.
CAUTION!
Repair, modification and inspection must be must be carried out by a LEMAN Authorized Service Center.
In the operation and maintenance of electric appliance, the safety regulations and standards prescribed in each
country must be observed.

Do not dispose of electric tools together with household waste material!
In observance of European Directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its
implementation in accordance with national law, electric tools that have reached the end of their life
must be collected separately and returned to an environmentally compatible recycling facility.
