To connect to the WiDi adapter by the Intel WiDi program, do the following:
1. Start the Intel WiDi program.
2. In the Intel WiDi window, search wireless displays and identify the wireless display
adapter with the device name displayed on the monitor screen.
3. When prompted, enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) code displayed on the
monitor screen. The connection is established and your notebook computer screen is
displayed on the monitor.
To connect to the WiDi adapter from the Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 operating
system, do the following:
For Windows 8.1:
1. Move the pointer to the top-right or bottom-right corner of the screen to display the
charms.

Add a wireless play
to search wireless displays and
identify the wireless display adapter with the device name displayed on the monitor
screen.
3. When prompted, enter the PIN code displayed on the monitor screen. The connection
is established and your notebook computer screen is displayed on the monitor.
For Windows 10:
1. Click the action center icon
on the taskbar.
2. Click
Connect
to search and identify the wireless display adapter with the device name
displayed on the monitor screen.
3. When prompted, enter the PIN code displayed on the monitor screen. The connection
is established and your notebook computer screen is displayed on the monitor.
