Lock the cover, using the key that comes with the server.
Removing the bezel
Use this information to remove the bezel.
Read the safety information in “Safety” on page v and “Installation guidelines” on page 35.
If you are replacing a server component in the server, you need to turn off the server and peripheral devices,
and disconnect the power cords and all external cables.
To remove the bezel, complete the following steps.
Step 1.
Unlock the left-side cover, using the key that comes with the server.
Note:
You must unlock the left-side cover to open or remove the bezel. When you lock the left-side
cover, it locks both the cover and the bezel.
Step 2.
Open the bezel by pressing the button on the left edge of the bezel, and rotate the left side of the
bezel away from the server.

Step 3.
Pull the hinge assemblies upward and release the bezel out of the chassis.
