Complete the following steps to remove a fan.
Step 1. Remove the fan.
• For a 60x60x56mm fan:
Squeeze the fan release latches together, and then lift the fan out of the enclosure.

• For an 80x80x80mm fan:
1. Carefully pull the cable out from underneath the sheet metal flange.
2. Disconnect the cable.
3. Grasp the fan and lift it out of the enclosure.
