5. Troubleshooting
Q1: I connected the dock to PC with USB Cable but it does not work.
Ans1:
1. Ensure that the dock is well powered by its AC power adapter. The Docking Station
always needs external power supply for operation, as it does not take power from the USB
upstream port.
2. Ensure that the driver of the dock is well installed and reboot system if necessary.
3. Make sure the USB port in your PC works well, if not you may change to other USB
ports.
Q2: My curser was lost, I could not find it.
Ans2:
Switch from full-screen mode to windowed mode.
This issue may occur when running Windows Vista on a computer and running Windows
Media Center in full-screen mode on one monitor in a multiple-monitor setup.
To work around this issue, switch Windows Media Center from full-screen mode to
windowed mode. Then, manually resize the Windows Media Center window to fit the
monitor's screen.
Q3: I could not drag an application window to extended display under Window XP /
Windows Vista.
Ans3:
In Windows XP / Vista system, you can't move a maximized windows until you reduce the
window to its smaller size.
To move a window from one display to another:
1. On the window that you want to move, click the Restore Down button or double-click the
title bar to make the window exit from its maximized status.
2. Then drag the title bar of the window to the display that you want it to appear on.
