1.
For
the
best
mixing
results,
cold
ingredients
such
as
eggs,
milk
and
butter

temperature.

To
eliminate

possibility
of
shells
or
expired
eggs
being
used
in
your
recipe,
break
eggs
into
a
separate
container
before
adding
them
to
the
mixture.

Do
not
over
beat
your
ingredients;
mix/blend
until
recommended
in

recipe.
Fold
dry
ingredients
until
just
combined.
Using
lower
speeds
allow
the
user
more
control.

Always
start
