Identifiers for SDO server channel 2.
The SDO server parameter is only valid, if bit 31 is set to "0" for both transmission
directions (subindex 1 and 2).
In the Lenze setting, the SDO server channels 2 are deactivated (bit 31 = "1").
The identifier can only be changed if the SDO is invalid (bit 31 = "1").

How to change the identifier:
1. Deactivate identifier (set bit 31 to "1").
2. Change identifier.
3. Activate identifier (set bit 31 to "0").
