  TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

PROBLEM

SOLUTION

1. CONDENSATION

Condensation is the build-up of moisture on the inside of the tent walls due to a temperature difference between the

inside and the outside of your tent. Condensation occurs mostly when conditions are cold, rainy, or humid. The best

way to minimize condensation is to increase the ventilation in the tent by leaving screen doors open at user discretion.

2. MILDEW

To avoid mildew, never store tent wet or damp. However, if mildew occurs, use a soft bristle brush or sponge with mild

soap to clean. Let dry in the sunlight.

3. TEARS & DAMAGE

Despite your best efforts, sometime damage does occur to your tent. For small tears, use a self-adhesive repair patch

kit or urethane based seam seale compound, which are sold at many outdoor stores. We recommend a repair shop for

larger tears.

4. ZIPPERS

Your tent comes with self-repairing nylon coil zippers. If the zipper separates, move the slider to the beginning of

the zipper tape and rework the zipper. Always be gentle when operating zippers, avoid standing on them and limit

exposure to dirt and grit. Cleaning will also protect them against premature failure.

Let’s Go Aero shelters (excluding modular floor) have a one (1) year limited warranty period to the original owner from the time
