When Key is inserted into the ACC stalls, CPC default through (Delay Main Power On setting

By default, When CPC will wait Key switch back to the OFF position, the battery will start to
detect, and in factory mode, low battery detection protection is not turned on!
CPC provides power to the motherboard, the power will be executed.
CPC provides power to the motherboard, the then need to manually press the
