Lexmark CX421, MC2325, and MC2425 MFPs

Use the

Display

View printing options, printer status, and error messages.

Select button

•

Select a menu option.

•

Save the changes in a setting.

Arrow buttons

Scroll through the menus or move between screens and menu options.

Adjust the numeric value of a setting.

Address book button

View the stored addresses.

Redial button

View the last number dialed.

Numeric keypad

Enter numbers or symbols in an input ﬁeld.

Power button

Turn on or turn off the printer.

Note:

To turn off the printer, press and hold the power button for ﬁve seconds.

Set the printer to Sleep or Hibernate mode.
