3.13 Agent Individual Number DND
Description
The iPECS-CM can be configured to restrict calls to an active Agent in the Not Ready Mode or
Work Mode. When configured, non-ACD calls to the Agent will receive DND treatment.
Call restriction is set for the Not Ready and Work Mode separately.
