The Station Group can be assigned an
announcement, which is played if the call
remains queued beyond the ANNC 1 TMR
duration. The announcement location is the
VSF ANNC1 number. An entry of 00
indicates no announcement. Including ‘#’ at
the end of an entry instructs the system to
disconnect after the announcement.

2nd announcement, which is played if the
call remains queued beyond the ANNC 2
TMR duration. The announcement location
is the VSF ANNC2 number. An entry of 00
indicates no announcement. Including ‘#’ at
the end of an entry instructs the system to
disconnect after the announcement.

The 2nd announcement can be repeated to
calls that remain in queue at intervals of the
Announcement 2 RepeatTimer. Note;
repeating must be “ON” under button 6

station in the group or can be sent to the
assigned OverflowDestination after
expiration of the OVERFLOW Timer.
