Conditions
1.
If the external caller dials a station number and the station is busy or there is no answer, the call
is routed by busy/error/no answer (Exception) destination (Menu 2 3 4).
2.
No answer routing time is set by the No answer Timer (Menu + 2 3 5).
3.
The greeting is played by retry count (menu + 2 3 3).
4.
If "Auto Atd delay timer" (Menu 2 3 6) is not „0‟, the external call will ring to the assigned stations
for this timer. If not answered, the call will be routed to the recorded Announcements.
5.
If both
“COMMON” Announcement and “LINE 1/2/3” Announcement are recorded, “LINE 1/2/3”
Announcement will play. That means, LINE 1/2/3 priority is higher.
6.
If
“COMMON” Announcement is recorded and “LINE 1/2/3” Announcement is not recorded,
“COMMON” Announcement will play.
7.
If neither
“COMMON” Announcement nor “LINE 1/2/3” Announcement are recorded, call is routed
to ring-assigned stations.

3.15.3 Auto Attendant Recording (Answering Machine)
Description
When a Line is set
“Auto Attendant” to “ON”(Menu 2 3 1) and “Auto Atd destination” to “System VM”(Menu
2 3 7), if a call comes into the system through the Line, the call is routed to
“System voice mail”.(refer to the
3.27 System voice mail), caller can leave a message. Each line can be set to ring on multiple stations
simultaneously.
Maximum recording time is 1 minute.
If
“VM code of System Voice mail” code is assigned to a flexible button of LWS-BS station or LWS-WK, the
flexible button will be flashing if new voice mails are existed in voice mail box of the station assigned
“System
Voice mail
”.
“VM code of System Voice mail” code is “VM‟ code(ex. 620) + station number of “System Voice mail”.
