You may also select a saved E-Mail to send by entering the “Subject” of the E-Mail before step 2 above
and then selecting “Send” to send the email.
6.3 Accessing saved E-Mails
To recover an E-Mail you have saved in your “Draft” box:
1. From
the
"
” menu, select “
draft
”.
2.
Select the desired E-Mail using the vertical arrows, and accept
with OK.
6.4 Reading
New
E-Mails
Upon receipt of a new email, your Videophone screen displays the “New Mail” icon (
icon
). To read a
received E-Mail:
1. Select
“
inbox
” from the left-hand side of the screen. The content is
displayed, and you can move through it using the vertical arrows. If
you do not wish to view at this time, select “Exit” located in the
right-hand side of the screen.
Received E-Mails may also be reviewed from the “E-Mail” menu by selecting
“Read” and selecting the subject.
6.5 E-Mail Management Options
Received and saved E-Mail messages can be deleted, forwarded, edited, etc. When you open a received
(“Read”) or saved (‘Draft”) E-Mail you can access a series of options to manage your E-Mails. Options
available are:

Delete
: to delete an E-Mail.
•
Forward
: to forward the email to another recipient.
•
Edit
: to edit the text of the email before resending.
•
Details
: to view information on the E-Mail (address/date/time).
After selecting the deisr1ed option, you can delete, forward or edit the E-Mail. Selecting details displays the
date/time stamp for the mail as well as sender/receiver identification.
