When there are no abnormalities with the wireless module (WIFI/BT)
1 Remove peripheral devices (USB devices, BT devices, HDMI devices, etc.) and check the transmission rate.
2 If the rate improves after removing peripheral devices, connect them one at a time and identify the problematic device.
3 Replace the problematic device with another vendor's device and check the rate. If the rate is normal when using another vendor’s
device, it is likely that there is a problem with the device itself or there is a compatibility problem.
4 If the problem is not with the connected device, check the RSSI status and ‘Network and Sharing Center’ information on the lower
right bar while being near the connected AP (under strong signal).
5 If the displayed RSSI or connection speed is low (if all other AP signals displayed are low as well) while near the AP, check the
antenna cable connection.
6 If the problem continues after checking the antenna cable connection, reinstall the module. If the problem continues even after
reinstallation, replace the module.
7 If the displayed RSSI and connection speed are normal, check the frequency environment.
8 If the frequency environment is poor or cannot be checked, connect via 5GHz or change the AP channel and check the transmission
rate.
9 If the problem continues after checking the above, compare the performance before and after connecting the adapter. If there is a
performance difference between before and after connecting the adapter, it is likely that the speed was lowered due to a problem
in the AP function.
10 If the performance is normal on other APs and the problem only seems to occur on a particular AP, check whether it is possible to
reset that particular AP. If it is possible to reset it, check the transmission rate after reset.
11 If the speed is lowered on a particular AP or at a specific location, there is a possibility that the problem is with the particular AP,
speed limit due to the number of AP users, or compatibility with the particular AP.
