System Select

You must select the appropriate 
system mode for your TV system. 
Remove any disc that might 
be in the unit, press and hold 
PAUSE/STEP (

) for more than 

five seconds to be able to select 
a system (PAL, NTSC).

Screen Saver

Leave the unit in Stop mode for 
about five minutes, then the 
screen saver appears.
If the Screen Saver is displayed 
for five minutes, the unit auto-
matically turns itself off.

Last Scene 

Memory

Turn off the unit, then the unit 
memorize the lastly viewed 
scene even if disc is inserted 
again after removal or unit is 
turned on after off with same 
disc. (DVD/ Audio CD only)
