External Input
Connecting to an external
device
1.
Connect the Line-in cable to the line-out port of
the external device and to the line-in port of the
MP3 player.
Recording through an exter-
nal device
1.
Press and hold the MENU button to open
home menu.

Push FF/REW button to select [line-in] mode.

Press REC button to start recording.

icon will appear, and then recording will start.
- The recorded files will be stored in LINE-IN folder in
E001.MP3 format.
- The higher the quality is, the shorter the recording time
is.
If the memory capacity is not enough, [Memory full not
record] message will appear. The file will be automat-
ically stored and the recording will stop.
When encoding files, set the volume of Line-in prop-
erly.
If the volume is too high or too low, the quality of en-
coded files might turn out to be bad.
4 .
To stop recording, press REC button again.

icon will appear and then disappear.
