Are the pin 41
and 44 of CN100 +12V and +5V
respectively after the power
cable connecting?
Reset or Power Check.
•
Check the power(12V, 5V) short.
•
Check the PC power cable.
•
Repair the PC power supply.
•
Check the IC902(3.3V regulator
IC).
•
Check the IC100, IC200.
Does the
pin #3(Reset) of IC904 change 0V
to 5V at the power supply initial
input mode?

Is the pin 3 of IC901 2.5V?

•
2.8V(V28REF): check pin 90 of IC200.
