Chart for Setting the Warm Function
The warm function is used for fermentation, keeping hot, cooked
food at serving temperature and melting according to the each
warm level.

Off setting
For best results, all food for warm function should be covered with
a lid. When warming pastries or breads, the cover should be vented
to allow moisture to escape.

We assume that the performance of the warm function is better than the
cooking zone for melting chocolate, but we recommend using the cooking
zone in order to melt the chocolate more quickly.
Note:
The warm setting indicated in the table above is only guidelines for
your reference. You need to adjust the heat settings to the pan and
food conditions.
