select 'USER' and adjust the values of
CONTRAST, BRIGHTNESS, SHARPNESS,
COLOUR and TINT.

To adjust the colour to desired level.
To adjust the tint to desired level. This
function is available only in NTSC

values of BASS and TREBLE.
