Contacts Match Dialing
Retrieve any number saved in your Contacts by entering
only three consecutive digits of the number. (See
“Setting Contacts Match Dialing”on page 42.)
To place a call using contacts match dialing:
1.
Enter three consecutive digits of a Contacts entry’s
phone number. (The matched numbers are shown
at the bottom of the screen.)
2.
Highlight a phone number and press
to call
the displayed number.
Dialing From the Contacts List
1.
Press
> Contacts

2.
Highlight the entry you want to call and press
to dial the entry’s default phone number.

To dial another number from the entry, highlight the
name and press
, and then highlight a number and
press
.
Speed Dialing
You can store up to 98 numbers in your phone’s speed
dial memory. Dial speed dial entries using one keypress
for locations 2–9 or two keypresses for locations 10–99.
To use One-Touch Dialing for speed dial locations 2–9:
While in Standby Mode, press and hold the
appropriate key for approximately two seconds. The
display confirms that the number has been dialed
when it shows “Connecting...”.
Shortcut
From standby mode, press
CONTACTS
(right softkey) to list entries.
