250 rice (small grain)
400ml water
400g sugar
600ml milk
2 tablespoon rose water

Microwave-
Safe bowl
1. Clean and wash rice.
2. Pour water and rice into a deep and large bowl.
3. No cover. Place the bowl in the oven and cook.
4. When beeps, the oven will stop. Remove the bowl from the
oven and stir once. Add sugar, milk, cardamom and
rosewater and then stir well.
5. Press start key to continue cooking. Stirring is required from
time to time and being careful it doesn’t stick, specially
towards the end.
6. After cooking, pour into a bowl and leave it to cool. Serve
well chilled and garnished with pistachio and almond slivers.
