3. Introduction
Intended Use
A mechanical power trowel is a machine, consisting of 4 rotating trowel blades and/or a
floating pan. It can be used for compact, scour, level and smoothly finish concrete and
cement floors.
Operation
The petrol or electrical motor powers a V-belt and transmission to rotate the 4 blades and/or
the floating pan. The trowel blade revolution speed can be regulated using the gas handle
(LTM600B) or the speed regulator (LTM600ER). By using the blades and/or float pans, the
surface of the concrete can be finished to the required density, evenness and smoothness.
