Freewheel lever
Check the following before driving off:
whether the lights are working;
the battery status: battery level indication in
display (see page 24 and 36);
the tyre pressure (see chapter on
‘Maintenance’);
whether the freewheel lever is pointing
down (electric driving position, see below);
whether the battery charger has been removed.
Getting in and out by yourself
Attention
Make sure that the seat is properly locked in
place before driving off.
Getting in/out
1. Push the seat lever (N)* down.
2. Rotate the seat a quarter turn to the left or to
the right.
3. Get in or out.
4. Rotate the seat back again until you hear a
click.
The seat is now locked in place.
Freewheel lever
Warning
Never use this function on a slope or while
driving. It will disable the brakes. Always turn
the freewheel lever downwards to re-engage
the brakes after using the freewheel function.
1. Turn the freewheel lever (H) upwards to
move the mobility scooter by hand.
2.
Turn the freewheel lever down for the
electric drive position. Teach yourself to do
this each time you have used it.
* This is located on the left or right-hand side,
depending on the configuration of your
mobility scooter.
General use

Armrests
Attention
The position of the armrests changes if the
position of the backrest is adjusted.
1. Rotate the armrest upwards to the desired
angle.
2. Use the adjusting wheel (L) to lock the angle
of the armrest in the correct position.
Adjusting the handlebars
Attention
Do not adjust the angle of the steering
column while driving. A gas spring allows the
handlebars to move forward independently.
Steering column angle
1. Sit down on the seat.
2. Squeeze the lever (Q)*.
3. Pull the steering column towards you or push
it away until you reach the desired position.
4. Release the lever.
The steering column is now locked in place.
* This is located on the left or right-hand side,
depending on the configuration of your
mobility scooter.
