MODE:
Tap
the MODE button to select different training mode.
SPEED+:
To make upward adjustments for pre-setting target training time, distance, or
calories.
To make upward adjustment for pre-setting training time in PROGRAM mode.
To make upward adjustment for setting gender, age, height, and weight of user in BODY
FAT program mode.
To make upward adjustment for setting age, level of the maximum heart rate, or desired
heart ratet in FITNESS mode.
To make upward adjustment for selecting different training mode in DIET mode.
Makes speed adjustments during all training periods on different training modes. The
speed range is from 1.0 KPH to 18.0 KPH.

PROGRAM:
Tap the PROGRAM button to select different training programs.
COMPUTER FUNCTIONS:
TIME:
Displays your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. Press the
START/STOP button on the computer or tap the START button on the touchscreen to
start exercise, the screen will countdown 3 seconds before the running belt starts moving.
The running belt starts moving with an initial speed of 1.0 KPH. You may press the
SPEED UP/SPEED DOWN button on the computer console or tap SPEED+/SPEED-
button on the touchscreen to increase or decrease the running speed during exercise.
Time starts counting up from 0:00 to 99:59 per 1 second increment. You may also
pre-set target time in STOP mode before training. To set TIME press the SELECT button
on the computer console or tap the MODE button on the touchscreen to select TIME until
you see the split window of TIME begin blinking. The initial pre-set target time is 5:00
minutes. Press the SPEED UP/SPEED DOWN button on the computer console or tap
SPEED+/SPEED- button on the touchscreen to change the setting. Each increment is 1
minute. The pre-set target time range is from 5:00 to 99:00 minutes. Once you pre-set
target time, press the START/STOP button on the computer or tap the START button on
the touchscreen to start exercise, the screen will countdown 3 seconds before the running
belt starts moving. The running belt starts moving with an initial speed of 1.0 KPH. You
may press the SPEED UP/SPEED DOWN button on the computer console
or tap
SPEED+/SPEED- button on the touchscreen to increase or decrease the running speed
