Quick Start: 

Flip the Master Power Switch that is located at the front of the treadmill to the ON position.  
Before beginning a workout session ensure that the Safety Tether Key is properly installed 
onto the Computer Console and the Safety Clip is securely attached to an article of your 
clothing.  Always begin the treadmill standing on the side rails, not on the running belt.   
Press the START button and then press the SPEED + button to start exercise.  The 
running belt will start moving with an initial speed of 0.8 KPH.  The TIME window will 
display your elapsed workout time.  The DISTANCE window will display the accumulative 
distance traveled during workout.  You may press the SPEED + or SPEED - button on the 
computer console to increase or decrease the running speed during exercise.  The 
treadmill’s speed range is from 0.8 KPH to 12.0 KPH.  The SPEED window will display the 
current running speed.  During training, you may press the STOP button to pause the  
treadmill running at any time, press the START button to start the treadmill running again. 
You may also press the STOP button to stop the treadmill running during exercise, or pull 
out the safety tether key to stop the treadmill running. 

 
Button Functions: 

START: 

To start training. 

STOP: 

To stop training. 

MODE:

 To select time or distance for target pre-setting.  Press the MODE button for 3 

seconds will reset the values of time or distance to zero.   

SET:

 To set time or distance for target pre-setting. 

SPEED +:

 Speed up adjustment during exercise.   

SPEED -: 

Speed down adjustment during exercise. 

 

Computer Functions: 

TIME:

 Displays your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds.  Press the START 

button and then press the SPEED + button to start exercise.  The running belt will start 
moving with an initial speed of 0.8 KPH.  You may press the SPEED + or SPEED – button 
on the computer console to increase or decrease the running speed during exercise.  Time 
starts counting up from 0:00 to 99:59 per 1 second increment.  You may also pre-set target 
time in STOP mode before training.  To set TIME press the MODE button until you see the 
TIME begin blinking.  Press the SET button to change the time, each time you press the 
SET button TIME should change by 1 minute.  Press the MODE button for 3 seconds will
