Step  8:  Stop  Bar  &  Right  Handle  Bar 
Assembly 

 

Tool Needed: 

5mm Allen wrench 
 
 
1)  (

See  Figure  8

)  Insert  the  stop  bar  (P) 

into  the  receiver  and  tighten  it  with  bolt 
(J9). 

 
2)  Connect  hand  pulse  wire  (A6)  to  hand 

pulse  sensor  wire  (F2-1)  which  is 
coming out of right side handle bar (F2). 

 
3)  Secure  the  right  handle  bar  onto  seat 

frame by tightening the bolts (J5). Make 
sure  not  to  pinch  the  wires  while 
tightening the hardware. 

 
 
 
 
 

Step 9: Pedal Assembly 

 
 
1)  Locate the right pedal. There is Left and 

Right  marker  on  the  pedal  itself  for 
identification. 
 

2)  Attach  the  right  pedal  (M2)  into  crank 

arm  by  threading  it  in  a  clockwise 
direction. 

 

3)  Attach the left pedal (M1) into crank arm 

by  threading  it  in  a  counter-clockwise 
direction. 

 

4)  Use wrench and apply additional torque 

to  make  sure  the  pedals  are  extremely 
tight. (Torque wrench is preferred.) 

 

5)  Afterwards,  insert  the  pedal  straps  into 

the pedals and push down the “PRESS”
