Checking V-belt and treadmill settings
If you seem to slip the treadmill, the next steps will determine which part is a release
and needs to tighten, if it's a running belt or a V-belt on the engine.
1.
Turn off the main switch off and unplug the power cord (out of the socket). Loosen
the side bolts on the engine guard and take down the cover.
2.
Turn on the treadmill again and set the speed to approximately 3km / h. Stand on
the belt and pull it firmly (pressure) to stop it.
3.
If the belt is paused along with the front roller, it means that is neccessary has to
be tensioned the V-belt.
4.
If the treadmill (area) is stopped but the front roller is still spinning it means After
completing this check and setting, screw the engine protection cover.
8.
Adjustment of the treadmill and adjustment the treadmill
deviation
Turn the two screws at the ends of the belt in the same direction by half a turn. If the
belt area still slips, repeat the previous step. At this adjustment, you can start the belt
at a speed of approximately 5-6 km / h.
a)
Belt tension - screw in clockwise direction.
b)
Loosen of the belt - screw bolt counterclockwise.
During the use of the belt, the running surface may deflect to the sides. In this case,
you must re-center it by following these steps:
1.
Place the belt on a horizontal surface and set the speed to approximately 5-6
km/h.
2.
If the treadmill swings to the right, rotate the right screw at the end of the belt a
half turn clockwise and left screw of a half turn counterclockwise.
3.
If the treadmill is deflected to the left, rotate the left screw at the end of the belt
by half a turn in the clockwise direction and the right screw half a turn
counterclockwise.
If the belt still swings to the side, repeat one of the previous steps.
9.
Lubrication of the treadmill
The underside of the treadmill, respectively the running
board under the belt requires regular maintenance by
silicone oil lubrication. Maintaining the correct tension
between the belt and the plate greatly affects the life of
the treadmill. Regular maintenance also prolongs
machine life and prevents injuries.
Proceed as follows:
1.
Turn off the main switch of the belt and slightly loosen the treadmill/running
surface.
2.
Clean the dust and dirt between the belt and the board with a clean cloth.
3.
Apply a smaller amount of silicone oil evenly between the belt and the board.
