WARNING: 

To  reduce  the  risk  of  electrical  shock  always  unplug  this  product 

from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning. Products 

involving power sources should never come in contact with any water or water 

source. 

Safety Precautions 

• Unplug from outlet when not in use.
• To disconnect, turn all controls to the OFF position, then remove the plug from the electrical 

outlet.  
• Always connect this product to a properly grounded electrical outlet. This product is designed 

to operate on standard 110 volt house current. 
• Do not pull on the AC cord. 
• Always keep the power cord away from heated surfaces. 
• Using power sources with unrelated products, overloading power cords and strips and using 

non-standard power sources is not recommended.
• It is not recommended to use a blanket with this product.  Excessive heating can occur and 

cause fire, electric shock, or injury. 
• Close supervision is dictated when this product is used by, on, or near children or disabled 

persons. 
• Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments 

not recommended by the manufacturer. 
• Never operate this product if the cord or plug are damaged, if it is not working properly, if it 

has been dropped or damaged, or come into contact with water. Contact our service center for 

warranty question and repair. 

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THIS PRODUCT YOURSELF. 

• Do not use this product  when any part of the body is in contact with a wet surface. 
• Do not use outdoors. 
• Always confirm that there are no obstacles under the footrest or behind this product.
• When using this product after it has been in storage, check to see that the product is operating 

properly prior to sitting in the product. 
• If you feel any abnormal discomfort during the operation of this product, turn off the power 

immediately and do not use this product. Consult your physician. Do not sit on the controller.
• Do not attempt to exit this chair while any part is either elevated or reclined. Only exit the 

chair when the footrest is firmly and entirely closed and the back is fully upright.
