13. Start of operation
For use in cars, follow steps 1-8. For other rooms according to the steps 1-3, 7, 8.

Remove all sources of odors (including air fresheners, food, etc.) from the treated area.

Place the ozone generator in a horizontal position (e.g. on the passenger seat of the car). If the odor
is concentrated in a certain place, direct the ozone outlet (front part without filter) to that place.

Depending on the length of the treatment, plug the device into a 12 V (in the dashboard) or 230 V
(use an adapter and an extension cord through the slot in the car window).

Turn off the car radio and the lights.

If you also want to disinfect car ventilation, turn on its internal circuit with the ventilation intensity
set to the minimum, direct the flow through the dashboard and set the temperature to minimum. If
the car has an air conditioning, turn it on at about 15-20 ° C. This is the ideal temperature.

Be sure to close the windows and secure the door from the entrance of a stranger.

Turn on the device, set the timer to the desired value and exit the treated area. (If you want to
change the treatment time, turn off the device and set the time to a different value.)

After treatment, ventilate the room for 10-15 minutes or wait 1 hour for ozone to self-destruct. If
after the treatment you still feel the odor, it is necessary to repeat the procedure. After the second
treatment, the disinfection process for the most spaces is usually completed.

14. Approximativ disinfection times
Warning:
If you are a new user of an ozone generator or if you do not have experience
with its use for the intended application, we recommend the time setting of the first tre
-
atment to the lowest recommended value or even less. After performing the first cycles,
you can gradually increase the treatment time to achieve the optimal time value setting.
