PROCEDURE
• Check that all decals and name plate are
in place and legible.
• Check for signs of loose or missing
hardware.
• Check for cut or frayed hose, leaking
fittings or damaged lines.
• Check for proper operation of lift and
lower to their maximum positions
• Check for signs of leakage
• Check for loose or bent mounting. Check
that the limit switch shuts off the pump
motor at the present platform height.
• Check for grinding or laboring sounds
• Check for smooth pivoting action
• Check for dents or warpage
• Check for cut or frayed cord
• Check that the push buttons do not stick
or malfunction when pressed
• Check upper and lower rollers for sign of
wear
• Check for excessive downward drift
when controls are in neutral position
