.Operational method of lead acid battery
I. Maintenance-free Lead-acid Battery and the usage
Maintenance-free battery serves as power starting engine, and also use as substitute power
for voltage stabilizing and overloaded engine. It owns characteristics like small internal
resistance, stable terminal voltage, large supply current, little water consumption, high capacity,
good cold-starting performance, light terminal etching, small volume, light quality, low fault rate
and easy maintenance. Except there are 2 vents (allowing little air arising from battery overflow)
setting on the side of the battery, the battery is fully sealed. There is fluid adding mouth on the
maintenance-less battery cover.
I. Deposit and maintenance of maintenance-free battery
2.1. Battery deposit
Battery should keep in clean, dry and ventilated environment, and charge the
maintenance-free battery every other 3 month.
2.2. Battery maintenance
●Make sure there is no corrosive in battery terminal, no looseness of link part, no external
crack and no loosen of fixed clamp.
●If the vehicle has deposited for over 30 days, in order to keep the normal charging technical
status of the battery, you should do the following:

Check of maintenance-free battery
When the battery volume status is normal and electrolyte density reaches the standard, the
small ball is in green; when the battery volume is insufficient and electrolyte density drops, the
color is black; if the ball is in white, that means the electrolyte is badly insufficient, you should
check whether there is fracture, leakage or fault to battery.

Battery indicator status refers to the caution on the battery label.
Maintenance for maintenance-free battery
1) Make sure you can see the green point in the built-in volume display(electric eye);
2) Disconnect the negative pole earth wire of battery to avoid battery discharge arising from
additional current tapping;

If the battery couldn‟t be dismantled from the vehicle, it should keep complete charging
status;
4) Draw up a daily calendar and charge the battery every 30-45 days;
Once you are unable to see the aerometer green point from the battery, you should check
the battery, charge or replace battery.
