Conference Calls
1.
While on a call (extension or outside), Press the Conference Button
on the Top Display
2.
Dial new number (extension or outside), When the party answers,
press the Conference button.
Advanced Voice Mail Options
When you dial “9” for options:

Dialing

” change your profile status.

Dialing “

” a dial a phone number.
•
Dialing “

” delete all read messages.
•
Dialing “

” allows you to change your self-identification message. (Your Name)
•
Dialing “

” play mailbox information.
•
Dialing “

” change your voicemail PIN number.
•
Dialing “

” change your mailbox greeting.
•
Dialing “

” allows you to restart the voice menu prompts.
When listening to a message:
•
Dial

” takes you to new messages.

” takes you back to the beginning of the message.
•

” deletes message.
•

” dial back the number that left a message.
•
Dialing “

” allows you to forward voice mail to another extension.

” returns to mailbox options.

” takes you to the next message.
Note
: 3CX is working on more features for playback in future software releases. You can
download the Voicemail to your desktop and use audio software to slow down the message.
