SUPRATRONIK LOCK: USER MANUAL
Troubleshooting
The lock does not respond to the Open/Close command from the remote
control:
a)
Check that the lock is not showing a FAULT signal.
b)
Check that there is no inhibiting device nearby.
c)
Try opening or closing the lock with a different remote control. If the new remote
control opens the lock:
c1) Repeat the linking process for the remote control that failed.
c2) Change the remote control batteries.
If the new remote control does not open the lock, replace the batteries in the lock.
d)
If the problem is not solved by any of the previous steps, contact your dealer.
The lock opens and closes with difficulty and gives fault signals.
a)
Check that you have removed the black part used for installation.
b)
Open the door and carry out an electrical operation to check that the lock is working
correctly.
c)
Check by means of a manual operation if the lever coming out of the lock is coming into
contact with the keep in the door frame due to incorrect installation of the product or
deformation of the door.
d)
If the problem is not solved by any of the previous steps, contact your dealer.
The alarm cannot be deactivated:
a)
Try to deactivate the alarm with a different remote control.
b)
Remove the batteries in the lock.
The Supratronik opens automatically if manually locked:
a)
Replace batteries.
The alarm doesn´t turn on:
a)
Check the position of switch 3.
b)
Change the batteries.
