Press and hold the ON/OFF pushbutton for more
than 2 seconds to turn the UPS off.
•
Remove 2 screws from Battery Compartment Door.
•
Slide Battery Compartment Door to the right and
remove.
•
Unplug the Li-Ion battery pack and remove.
•
Plug the replacement Li-Ion battery pack into the
UPS connector and place the pack into its
compartment.
•
Replace the Battery Compartment Door and the 2
screws removed previously.
Always recycle batteries in accordance with local regulations.
Three optional CPE powering cables are available from Lindsay Broadband:
• 1m (3’) long Part No. 4008-159 allows easy connection from the LBP-UPS-F to CPE devices that accept either
5.5mm x 2.1mm or 5.5mm x 2.5mm barrel power connectors rather than an F connection
(modems, routers, wireless devices etc.). The cable has a male F connector at the UPS end and a
Y terminated in both 5.5mm x 2.1mm and 5.5mm x 2.5mm barrel power connectors at the CPE
end. Simply plug the appropriate connector into the CPE power port.
• 1m (3’) long Part No. 4008-159-1 is the same but also includes an F connection at the CPE end.
• 4.6m (15’) long Part No. 4008-150-1 has a male F connector at the UPS end and a stripped pair of #16 AWG
wires [Red + Black] at the CPE end.
