If SDI embedding is enabled, clock reference will be forced to SDI
automatically. Otherwise, proper reference MUST be selected for
glitch-‐‑free operation!
To set the audio clock reference, navigate to:

5.2.6.
Input Source
To set the input audio sources for the main program (Program 1), the 7/8 input
(Program 2), and the 9/10 input (Program 3), navigate to:
Instance 1
>
Input
>
Source
When Program 1 is a 5.1-‐‑channel program,
Input 1/2 = Left / Right input (front)
Input 3/4 = Center / LFE
Input 5/6 = Left Surround / Right Surround
AES, SDI, and Analog inputs are always available to choose from.
5.2.7.
Sample Rate Converter (SRC) Bypass
Sample Rate Converters are included on the AES inputs. This allows for
asynchronous audio to be input, processed, and output without any glitches. The
SRCs are enabled by default. To bypass the SRCs, which should only be considered
if the AES input audio is synchronous with the Clock Reference, navigate to:
System
>
I/O Setup
>
SRC Bypass
5.2.8.
Mute Input 3-‐6
When the source audio for DRC 1 will always be stereo, it should be routed to Input
1/2. Mute Input 3-‐‑6 can be used to ensure that any audio on Inputs 3/4 and 5/6 is
never interpreted as multichannel or surround content.
